Day 01 Delhi

Namaste and welcome to Delhi! Stepping in to the streets of this treasure-trove city, you will feel as if you have taken a journey back in time, with remnants of lost empires on almost every corner. From flower markets to sari-clad women, all the nuances of India are on show in Delhi.
On arrival, you will be met and assisted with check in at the hotel.

Day 02 Delhi
You will explore the intricate, bustling streets of Old Delhi by rickshaw, visit the Jama Masjid Mosque, one of Asia’s largest mosques, Qutab Minar, the tallest minaret in India and Humayun’s Tomb, built in the 16th century and considered to be the architectural forerunner of Agra’s Taj Mahal.
Your next stop is at the exquisite Sikh Temple, called the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib and witnesses the phenomenon where more than 10,000 people are fed each day – one of the greatest services to humanity!
Later explore Agrasen Ki Baoli, or King Agrasen’s Stepwell before you driven past the beautifully designed New Delhi, by Sir Edwin Lutyen’s.
In the evening visit shrine of famous sufi saint Hazrat Nizamuddin, this experience takes you to a little mohalla (neighborhood) in Delhi. You will be introduced to Sufism, and its teachings of Ishq (love), Aql (intelligence) and Ilm (knowledge).

Day 03 Delhi – Jaipur

You will be driven to Jaipur (also known as the Pink City), the capital of Rajasthan. Within the pink walls of Jaipur, you will find lively bazaars, camel carts, cows and rickshaw drivers, as well as the numerous historical sights, Jaipur is blessed with an abundance of superb shopping.
You may like to head out to the highlight of this city – its charming bazaars.

Day 04 Jaipur
Today, you will explore the Meena village at the base of the iconic Amber Fort. This village houses a step well, which is an architectural marvel of yesteryears. Explore Amber Fort, one of the finest examples of a fort palace, built similar in style to the surrounding, richly decorated Mughal courts.
While returning, you will stop at the Anokhi Textile Museum, to gain an in-depth knowledge of the prints authentic of this region. You will visit the City Palace, home even today of the royal family, and known for its clutch of excellent private museums that display royal memorabilia, particularly armaments, art, books, costumes and textiles. Also visit Jantar Mantar Observatory and Hawa Mahal or the Palace of winds for a quick photo.
Later this evening, you shall meet a local family to participate in a cooking lesson, whereby, you will learn about the famously tricky Rajasthani cuisine. Perfect your knowledge of the cuisine of the desert while preparing dinner with the family.

Day 05 Jaipur
An early start of the day, you will visit the vegetable and flower market of Jaipur. Later visit Nahargarh Fort, this sturdy fort overlooks the city from a sheer ridge to the north.
Afterwards explore Jaigarh Fort, the fort has reservoirs, residential areas, a puppet theatre and the world’s largest wheeled cannon, Jaya Vana.

Day 06 Jaipur – Agra

You continue to Agra, the home of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the immortal Taj Mahal, which was built in 1653 by the Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan, as a monument of love to his wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
Enroute visit Abhaneri which is also known as Chand Baori one of Rajasthan’s most spectacular baori (step-wells). It is believed to have been built by King Chand, a local Rajput ruler, in the 10th-century.
In the evening visit Mehtab Bagh, originally built by Emperor Babur as the last in a series of 11 parks on the Yamuna’s east bank (long before the Taj was conceived), fell into disrepair until it was little more than a huge mound of sand. To protect the Taj from the erosive effects of the sand blown across the river, the park was reconstructed and is now one the best places from which to view the great mausoleum.
Afterwards, enjoy walking tour which takes you through the villages across from the Taj Mahal. It provides a fascinating insight into traditional rural life and some rich architectural heritage of India. Visit family run small units of shoe making and get your customized shoe in less than five dollars.

Day 07 Agra – Delhi
3.5 hr (205 km)
You rise early to see the Taj Mahal at sunrise, its glowing surface suffused in a gentle morning mist, the rising sun lending a warm pink tint to its marble face. The “Crown of Monuments,” the incomparable Taj Mahal, was designed to represent eternal paradise.
After breakfast, you visit the Agra Fort, a 16th century Mughal monument and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is an imposing sandstone citadel on the banks of the River Yamuna, which became the prison of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan.
You will stop by at Sheroes café, run and managed by women who have survived acid attack. Enjoy a cup of coffee with these brave ladies who are proud of their undying spirit.
Later you will be driven to Delhi airport to board your flight to home.
